摘要
轨道交通与常规公交的交通衔接是实现城市公共客运系统一体化的重要途径。为进一步提高常规公交与轨道交通衔接换乘效率,提升公共交通占比及服务效率,创新研究了公交接驳设施设计要点。首先,结合设计规范及广州市公交接驳轨道交通实践经验,确定规划思路,明确规划目标、原则及用地选址方法;其次,根据常规公交换乘客流与服务公交线路数,计算得出常规公交设施(含公交首末站、公交停靠站)的配套规模要求;最后,从设施供需平衡水平、换乘效率等方面构建衔接方案评价体系,综合评价衔接方案对实现衔接轨道交通线路功能定位所起的作用。为后续常规公交衔接设施规划设计及方案评价提供有力的科学指引。
The connection of rail transit and conventional public transportation is an important way to realize the integration of urban public passenger transportation system. In order to improve the efficiency of connection and transfer between conventional public transport and rail transit furtherly, and to increase the proportion of public transport and service efficiency,the design of public transport connection facilities is innovatively studied. Firstly, based on the design specifications and the practical experience of Guangzhou’s public transportation connecting rail transit, planning ideas are determined and planning objectives, principles, and site selection method are clarified;secondly, the conventional public transportation is calculated based on the number of regular public interchange passenger flows and the number of service bus lines Facilities(including bus terminal, bus stops) supporting scale requirements;finally, a connection plan evaluation system is built based on the aspects of facility supply and demand balance, transfer efficiency, etc., and to evaluate the role of the connection plan to realize the functional positioning of connecting rail transit lines comprehensively. It provides strong scientific guidance for the subsequent planning and design of conventional public transport connection facilities and program evaluation.
