老挝高等教育对外开放的历史发展研究

Historical Development,Measures and Effectiveness of the Opening up of Higher Education in Laos

19世纪以来,老挝高等教育对外开放经过了“被迫开放”“为民族独立开放”和“为国家建设开放”的发展历程。老挝积极开展与国际组织、中国、越南、日本等国的高等教育对外开放合作,获取教育援助,助力老挝高等教育的发展。通过实施教育对外开放,老挝开创了高等教育新局面,高等教育机构多元化发展步伐加快,高等教育与国际接轨程度提升,高等教育法制建设日趋健全,高等教育基础设施和师资建设极大改善,人才培养体系不断完善,民众高等教育的获得感持续增强。

Since the 19th century,the opening up of higher education in Laos has gone through the development process of "forced opening up","opening up for national independence" and "opening up for national construction".Laos has actively opened up and cooperated with international organizations,China,Vietnam and Japan to obtain educational assistance and help with the development of higher education in Laos.Through the implementation of education development,Laos has created a new situation of higher education,accelerated the pace of diversification of higher education institutions,increased international integration of higher education,improved the process of building the legal system of higher education,greatly improved higher education infrastructure and faculty,improved the human resources training system,and continued to increase the sense of access to higher education.
