思维导图健康教育对植入永久性心脏起搏器患者出院准备度的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨思维导图健康教育对植入永久性心脏起搏器患者出院准备度的影响。方法100例首次植入永久性心脏起搏器的患者分为对照组及观察组各50例,对照组接受传统健康教育,观察组接受思维导图式健康教育,评价并比较两组患者的出院准备度、出院指导质量、对健康教育的满意度。结果出院时,观察组出院准备度、出院指导质量得分、患者对健康教育的满意度得分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论思维导图是一种有效的图形思维健康教育模式,可提高植入永久性心脏起搏器患者的出院准备度和出院指导质量,提高患者对健康教育的满意度。 Objective To explore the effect of mind mapping based health education on discharge readiness of patients with permanent cardiac pacemaker implantation.Methods A total of 100 patients with permanent cardiac pacemaker implanted for the first time were randomly divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50).The control group received traditional health education,while the observation group received mind mapping based health education.The discharge readiness,discharge guidance quality and patients’satisfaction with health education of the two groups were evaluated and compared.Results At the time of discharge,the discharge readiness,the score of discharge guidance quality and the score of patients’satisfaction with health education in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusions Mind map is an effective graphic thinking health education model,which can improve the discharge readiness and discharge guidance quality of patients with permanent cardiac pacemaker implantation,and improve patients’satisfaction with health education.
