乡村振兴背景下徽茶产业趋向与转型发展研究

Research on the Trend and Transformation of the Development of Hui Tea Industry under the Background of Rural Revitalization

区域特色产业转型发展是安徽省分类梯次推进乡村振兴工程的重要着力点。文章在皖南徽茶产区调研基础上,针对当前面临的三期叠加、三种趋势、三产融合中出现的困境,提出打造多元共建共享的公共品牌,优质产品与高效产能的集散中心;建设绿色防控和清洁生产体系,全面覆盖全程可控溯源体系;进一步做强精深加工和产业链延伸等建议,为学术研究和政策完善提供参考,从而推动徽茶产业转型发展。

The transformation and development of regional characteristic industries is an important focus for Anhui Province to promote the“Rural Revitalization Project”by classification and echelon.Based on the investigation of Huizhou(South Anhui)tea producing area and in view of the current difficulties in the superposition of three phases,three trends and the integration of three industries,it is proposed to build a diversified,joint construction and sharing public brand,a distribution center of high-quality products and efficient production capacity,to build a green prevention and control and cleaner production system,and fully cover the whole process controllable traceability system.Some suggestions on further strengthening intensive and deep processing,and industrial chain extension are put forward to provide references for the academic research and the perfection of policies.
