条带开采中采厚对地表沉陷影响的数值模拟研究

摘要 为了在地表沉降变形最小的情况下最大化地采出煤炭资源,提高煤炭经济效益,文章采用ANSYS有限元程序对水平煤层的开采进行了数值模拟研究,分析了条带开采中采厚的变化对地表沉陷的影响。试验表明:随着采厚的增加,地表沉陷面积逐渐增大;当采厚较大时,下沉系数较小,地表的最大下沉量却较大,为了保护地面建筑,应减小开采率;当采厚较小时,最大下沉量小,但下沉系数较大,最大拉压应力较大,应增大留宽,以免煤柱破坏。 In order to maximize the coal resources and improve the coal economic benefits under the condition of minimum ground deformation,the ANSYS finite element program is used to carry out numerical simulation study on horizontal coal seams.The interrelation is analyzed between ground subsidence and mining thickness.The theoretical analyses and the numerical tests show that the ground subsidence increases gradually with the increase of mining thickness.When the mining thickness is large,the subsidence coefficient is small but the maximum subsidence is large.In order to protect ground buildings,the mining rate should be reduced.When the mining thickness is small,the maximum subsidence is small,the subsidence coefficient is large,and the width should be increased to avoid pillar damage.
