摘要
目的:研究基础胰岛素方案后配合利司那肽对2型糖尿病患者胰岛素功能与安全性的影响,以期为2型糖尿病患者临床用药及后续改进治疗方案提供指导。方法:选取2020年1月-2021年12月于赣州市第五人民医院收治的80例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用甘精胰岛素+门冬胰岛素进行治疗,观察组采用利司那肽+基础胰岛素进行治疗。比较两组患者的血糖变化、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、体重指数(BMI)及不良反应发生情况。结果:两组治疗前空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)及HbA1c比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后FBG、2 h PG、HbA1c水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后BMI比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组胰岛素用量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组胃肠道疾病、食欲减退、过敏反应、低血糖发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:利司那肽结合基础胰岛素方案对患者血糖的控制显著,可以促进胰岛素有效利用,并降低不良反应,安全性较高。
Objective:To study the effect of basal insulin regimen combined with Lixisenatide on insulin function and safety in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,and to provide guidance for clinical medication and subsequent improvement of treatment regimen in patients with type 2 diabetes.Method:A total of 80 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to Ganzhou Fifth People’s Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Insulin Glargine+Insulin Aspart,and the observation group was treated with Lixisenatide+basic Insulin.The changes of blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),body mass index(BMI),Insulin dosage and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:There were no significant differences in fasting blood glucose(FBG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 h PG)and HbA1c between the two groups(P>0.05).The levels of FBG,2 h PG and HbA1c in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in BMI between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).The dosage of Insulin in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of gastrointestinal diseases,anorexia,allergic reaction and hypoglycemia in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Lixisenatide combined with basic Insulin regimen can significantly control blood glucose,promote more effective use of Insulin and reduce adverse reactions,with high safety.
