Research on Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Ecosystem in Higher Vocational Engineering Colleges

高职工科学院创新创业教育生态系统中存在结构性失衡、功能性失调、服务性失位等生态问题。问题解决有赖于对生态系统中存在特殊的生态位、生态链与生态圈的理论解构与实践运用,并根据其特性提出营造创新创业教学微观生态圈、中观组织生态圈以及宏观环境生态圈的实践进路,为培养高素质创新创业人才提供强有力的生态系统保障。

There are some ecological problems as“structural imbalance”,“functional imbalance”and“service dislocation”in the ecosystem of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational engineering colleges.Solutions depend on the theoretical deconstruction and practical application of the special niches,ecological chains and ecosphere in the ecosystem.According to its characteristics,this paper puts forward the practical approach of creating micro-level ecosystem,meso-level organizational ecosystem and macro-level environmental ecosystem of innovation and entrepreneurship teaching,so as to provide a strong ecosystem guarantee for the cultivation of high-quality innovation and entrepreneurship talents.
