摘要
教务管理是维护教学秩序、提高教学质量的重要保障。随着办学模式、教学要求、教学方式不断革新,传统的教务管理模式已难以适应新的管理需求,教务工作者需改变原有工作思路,探索新的管理模式。根据教务管理工作内容及特点,构建基于目标与关键结果管理法(OKR)的教务管理模式,通过设置目标、分解目标关键结果、实现目标过程管理及OKR结果评价与反馈等路径,实现高职院校教务管理水平与服务创新能力提升。
Educational administration is an important guarantee to maintain teaching order and improve teaching quality.With the continuous innovation of school running mode,teaching requirements and teaching methods,the traditional educational administration model has been difficult to meet the new management needs,which requires educational administration workers to innovate their original ideas on work and explore new management models.According to the contents and characteristics of educational administration,this paper constructs the educational administration model based on Objectives and Key Results(OKR),and improves the educational administration and service innovation ability of higher vocational colleges by setting goals,decomposing key results of goals,realizing process management of goals,and OKR result evaluation and feedback.
