摘要
马丁·特罗以“量”化指标划分高等教育发展阶段,但高等教育发展阶段的变化,更意味着高等教育性质、功能、模式、结构等的更迭。社会服务作为高等教育三大职能之一,伴随着我国高等教育由大众化发展阶段迈入普及化发展阶段,地方高校开展社会服务的主要模式也将从深化产教融合转变为构建学习型社会。在高等教育普及化发展阶段,地方高校可以通过四大途径积极参与学习型社会构建,充分发展社会服务职能:一是利用信息技术,推进在线教育;二是发挥自身优势,办好继续教育;三是采取灵活教育形式,实施个性化教育;四是拓展教育阵地,联合社区教育。
Martin Trow divides the development stages of higher education with“quantitative”indicators;however,the development stages of higher education require the alternation of the nature,function,mode and structure of higher education.As China’s higher education moves from the stage of massification to the stage of popularization,the main mode of social service,one of the three functions of higher education,in local colleges and universities will also change from deepening the integration of industry and education to building a learning society.In the development stage of higher education popularization,local colleges and universities can actively participate in the construction of learning society and fully develop social service functions through four ways:first,make use of information technology to promote online education;second,give play to their own advantages and run continuing education well;third,adopt flexible forms of education and implement personalized education;fourth,expand educational positions and unite community education.
