摘要
地方高校设立学科特区,是为满足学校发展战略目标而设定,目的在于通过“目标引领、自主管理、过程监控、绩效评价”的工作思路,创新传统学科建设管理模式,提升学科竞争力。基于H学院学科特区建设实践,梳理现有学科特区建设和管理模式,分析学科特区建设存在的主要问题,提出需加强学科特区建设的顶层设计和统筹规划,加大创新团队引进培养力度,创新学科特区管理运行机构,营造良好学科特区建设环境,以实现学科特区的创新发展和建设。
The establishment of special discipline zone in local colleges and universities is set to meet the strategic objectives of the development of the university.On the basis of working ideas of“goal guidance,independent management,process monitoring,and performance evaluation”,a special discipline zone is expected to be built as a carrier for innovating the traditional management mode of discipline construction in order to enhance the discipline competitiveness.Based on the practice of special discipline zone construction in H college,this paper summarizes the existing construction and management mode of special discipline zone,analyzes the main problems existing in the special discipline zone construction,and puts forward that it is essential to strengthen the top-level design and overall planning of the construction of special discipline zones,enhance the introduction and training of innovation teams,innovate the management and operation institutions of special discipline zones,and create a good construction environment of special discipline zones so as to realize the innovative development and construction of special discipline zones.
