700℃超超临界机组四大管道选材分析及设计优化 被引量:1

摘要 我国的能源特点决定在今后相当长一段时间内,煤电仍是我国电力供应主力,研发700℃超超临界机组是燃煤高效低碳发电技术未来发展的方向之一,然而机组参数的提高离不开材料革新。对700℃超超临界机组四大管道候选材料进行分析,提出了GH 984G合金、Nimonic 263合金、Haynes 282合金和Inconel 740 H合金材料可作为主蒸汽管道和高温再热蒸汽管道的候选材料。同时为降低机组建设成本、提高机组综合经济性,对主厂房布置、主蒸汽和高温再热蒸汽管道规格进行了优化,提出了四大管道规格和主厂房布置形式的建议。 Domestic energy characteristic determines that the coal-fired power will remain the main power supply in China for a long time.The development of 700℃ ultra-supercritical units is one of the future development directions of coal-fired power generation technology with high efficiency and low-carbon emission.Moreover,the improvement of coal-fired unit parameters cannot be achieved without material innovation.In this paper,the potential materials of main pipelines of 700℃ ultra-supercritical unit are analyzed,GH 984G,Nimonic 263,Haynes 282 and Inconel 740H are proposed as the candidate materials for the main steam pipe and the high-temperature reheat steam pipe.At the same time,in order to reduce the construction cost of the unit and improve the comprehensive economy of the unit,the layout of the main plant,main steam and high temperature reheat steam pipe specifications are optimized,and suggestions on four pipe specifications and the layout of the main plant are put forward.
