摘要
地下管线开挖振动监测及预警是一种新型应用技术,主要用于建立地下管线运行期间遭受开挖破坏的监测分级预警系统。该技术以振动力学为基础,利用成熟的振动测试技术,对地下管线周围环境(开挖)振动参数进行监测、分析和判定,获得地下管线周围环境的实时状态及安全状态。将车辆及机械行驶振动监测技术、土体振动监测技术相结合,提出一种新的监测系统技术设想,并通过试验初步验证其可行性。该监测系统能够在地下管线遭受开挖破坏前及时预警,使运行维护人员可以根据监测数据及分级预警情况采取对应措施,有效解决地下管线遭受外破开挖时应急防护时间不足的问题。
Vibration monitoring and early warning of underground pipeline excavation is a new application technology,which is mainly used to establish a monitoring and grading early warning system for underground pipeline excavation damage during operation.The technology is based on vibration mechanics and uses mature vibration testing technology to monitor,analyze and judge the vibration parameters of the surrounding environment (excavation) of underground pipelines.The real-time state and the safety state of the surrounding environment of the underground pipeline can be obtained.Combining the vibration monitoring technology of vehicle and machinery with the vibration monitoring technology of soil,the paper puts forward a new technical idea of the monitoring system,and preliminarily verifies its feasibility through the test.The monitor system can give an early warning in time before that underground pipeline is damage by excavation.The operation and maintenance personnel can take corresponding measures according to the monitoring data and the graded early warning situation,and effectively solve the problem of insufficient emergency protection time when the underground pipeline is broken and excavated.
