The rule of law is an important development direction to optimize the business environment, and civil enforcement is an important link in the judicial process. To do a good job in civil enforcement is helpful to stabilize market order, improve judicial credibility, enhance the sense of security of enterprises and invigorate market vitality. As the two key words of social development in the new era, "effectively solve the difficulty of implementation" and "optimize the business environment" have mutual influence and complement each other. Based on the impact of civil enforcement on the optimization of the business environment, this paper discusses the important role of civil enforcement on the business environment, the common problems in the current practice of civil enforcement in China and how to vigorously promote the optimization of the business environment in civil enforcement.
