摘要
环介导等温扩增(LAMP)技术是一种能在恒温设备下对靶基因进行扩增的技术,具有精确、快速、简单及低成本的优点,已广泛应用于食品安全、医疗卫生及农业现场检测等多个领域。本文主要从环介导等温技术的原理、反应体系改进、产物检测方法的改进、LAMP与其他技术的联用,以及目前LAMP在动物病原检测方面的应用进行了分析,并展望了LAMP技术的应用前景,以期为同仁提供参考。
Loop mediated isothermal amplification(LAMP)is a technology that can amplify target genes under constant temperature equipment.It has the advantages of simplicity,rapidity,accuracy and low cost.It has been widely used in food safety,medical health,on-site inspection in agriculture and so on.The principle of loop-mediated isothermal technology,the improvement of reaction system,the combination of LAMP and other technologies,and the current application of LAMP in animal pathogens detection were analyzed in this summary.The application prospect of LAMP technology was anticipated to provide reference for colleagues.
