淮南市高校学生对结核病认知情况及干预效果分析

Analysis of cognition and intervention effect of tuberculosis among college students in Huainan City

目的了解淮南市高校学生对结核病认知情况并进行干预效果分析,为疾病预防控制中心(CDC)等有关部门开展大学生防结核工作提供科学依据。方法从淮南市五所高校中随机抽取3500名学生,调查学生对结核病相关知识的知晓率,通过不同干预途径进行防治教育干预,并分析干预效果。结果学生普遍喜欢通过前往医院见习,学习结核病相关知识(75.70%);经过教育干预后,结核病核心知识总体知晓水平从干预前的50.32%提高到干预后的87.33%(χ^(2)=10929.34,P<0.001)。结论淮南市高校学生对结核病核心知识知晓率有待提高,通过对高校学生采取不同方式的防治教育干预,学生普遍对结核病核心知识知晓率有所提高,有关部门和学校应该从根本上改变大学生对于结核病的认知,落实各项防治原则,学生们自身应保持良好的生活习惯,加强锻炼,从而降低结核病发病率。

Objective To understand the awareness of tuberculosis(TB)among college students in Huainan City and analyze the intervention effect,so as to provide scientific evidence for the work of prevention and control of TB among college students by CDC and other relevant departments.Methods A total of 3500 students from five universities in Huainan City were randomly selected to investigate the students'awareness rate of TB related knowledge,and an intervention education was carried out through different intervention methods,and the effect of intervention was evaluated.Results The students generally love to learn TB knowledge by going to the hospital for probation(75.70%).After the education intervention,the overall awareness level of TB core knowledge increased from 50.32%before the intervention to 87.33%of the intervention(χ^(2)=10929.34,P<0.001).Conclusion The awareness rate of core knowledge of TB in Huainan college students needs to be improved.Through the prevention and education intervention to college students,their awareness rate of TB core knowledge has been improved.The relevant departments and schools should fundamentally change the cognition of college students on TB,implement the principles of prevention and control,and students themselves should maintain good habits.Exercise should be strengthened to reduce the incidence rate of TB.
