生产革新与机制石英砂对绿色工厂设计建设研究

绿色发展、节能减排大背景下,中国企业对企业所担负的社会责任愈发重视,积极践行绿色发展理念,坚持可持续发展。本文以中国建材集团厦门艾思欧标准砂有限公司为实现绿色工厂建设设计进行分析报告,提出多项举措:针对传统老旧生产线提出“三化”技术改革;针对ISO标准砂原材料寻求可持续生产替代材料(机制石英砂)等。经多次实验与检验认证后发现通过技术改革,整体因生产所产生的工业污染得到较好改善。公司在自身绿色可持续生产过程中提出的机制石英砂项目为建材行业提供一种新的可持续生产原料发展方向,为建材企业发展绿色可持续创新提供新的可能性。

Under the background of green development,energy conservation and emission reduction,Chinese enterprises pay more attention to the social responsibility of enterprises,actively practice the concept of green development,adhere to sustainable development.Building material group in China based on xiamen YiSi European standard sand co.,LTD.,in order to implement the green plant construction design analysis report,the company put forward many measures:in view of the traditional old production line"three"technical reform is put forward,according to ISO standard sand raw materials for sustainable production alternative materials(such as mechanism of quartz sand)project.After many experiments and inspection certification,it is found that through technical reform,the overall industrial pollution generated by production has been better improved.The quartz sand project proposed by the company in the process of green and sustainable production provides a new development direction of sustainable production raw materials for the domestic building materials industry,and provides new possibilities for the development of green and sustainable innovation for building materials enterprises.
