卡前列素氨丁三醇联合宫颈钳夹治疗宫缩乏力产后出血的疗效观察

Observation on efficacy of carboprost tromethamine combined with cervical clamp in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine asthenia

目的探讨卡前列素氨丁三醇联合宫颈钳夹治疗宫缩乏力产后出血的临床疗效。方法60例宫缩乏力产后出血产妇,依据临床治疗方法不同分为实验组与对照组,各30例。对照组应用卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗,实验组应用卡前列素氨丁三醇联合宫颈钳夹治疗。对比两组治疗后产妇满意度、产后出血量、治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果实验组治疗满意度为93.33%,高于对照组的53.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组产后30 min、30 min-1 h、1-2 h出血量分别为(163.31±3.15)、(106.84±3.71)、(90.87±1.43)ml,均低于对照组的(217.32±12.61)、(209.61±1.16)、(199.57±2.35)ml,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组治疗总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的56.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组不良反应发生率为3.33%,明显低于对照组的30.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫缩乏力产后出血的产妇应用卡前列素氨丁三醇联合宫颈钳夹治疗能够有效减少产妇产后出血量,在临床中具有重要应用价值。

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of carboprost tromethamine combined with cervical clamp in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine asthenia.Methods A total of 60 pregnant women with postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine asthenia were divided into experimental group and control group according to different clinical treatment methods,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with carboprost tromethamine,and the experimental group was treated with carboprost tromethamine combined with cervical clamp.The maternal satisfaction after nursing,postpartum blood loss,therapeutic effect,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction 93.33%of the experimental group was higher than 53.33%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood loss at 30 min,30 min-1 h,and 1-2 h postpartum in the experimental group were(163.31±3.15),(106.84±3.71),and(90.87±1.43)ml,which were lower than(217.32±12.61),(209.61±1.16),and(199.57±2.35)ml in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate 96.67%of the experimental group was higher than 56.67%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 3.33%,which was significantly lower than 30.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Carboprost tromethamine combined with cervical clamp for patients with postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine atony can effectively reduce the postpartum blood loss and is of great clinical value.
