应用替格瑞洛对PCI术治疗STEMI患者冠状动脉血流及不良心血管事件的影响探究

摘要 目的探究替格瑞洛对经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术治疗急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)患者的冠状动脉血流、不良心血管事件的影响。方法78例STEMI患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组39例。对照组患者采用氯吡格雷片治疗,研究组患者采用替格瑞洛片治疗。对比两组患者无复流发生情况、不良心血管事件发生情况。结果研究组无复流发生率为2.56%,低于对照组的17.95%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良心血管事件发生率2.56%低于对照组的15.38%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将替格瑞洛应用于PCI术治疗的STEMI患者,可降低无复流发生率及不良心血管事件发生率,建议作为重要药物广泛应用。 Objective To investigate the effect of ticagrelor on coronary blood flow and adverse cardiovascular events in patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods A total of 78 patients with acute STEMI were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into the control group and the research group by random numerical table,with 39 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with clopidogrel tablets,and patients in the research group were treated with ticagrelor tablets.The incidence of no-reflow and the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of no-reflow in the research group was 2.56%,which was lower than 17.95%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse cardiovascular events 2.56%in the research group was lower than 15.38%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ticagrelor can reduce the incidence of no-reflow and adverse cardiovascular events in patients with acute STEMI after PCI,and is recommended to be widely used as an important drug.
