摘要
随着信息社会的高速发展,图情档学科亟需培养博士层次人才从事以信息为主要对象的科学研究和相关实践工作。培养方案作为人才培养落实的基础,可用于识别我国图情档博士培养体系与现状。文章基于“目标-过程”视角,选取我国图情档学科评估“B+”以上院校的14份博士培养方案作为样本进行质性分析。研究发现:我国图情档专业博士生教育总体上呈现系统性,培养体系相对完整,重视过程性考核,但在使命感、创新思维培养和职业素养教育方面有待加强。
With the rapid development of information society,it is urgent to cultivate PhD students in Library and Information Science and Archives Management(LISAM) who engage in scientific research and practices mainly related to information. As a basis of the cultivation of professionals,training plans can be used to identify the educational system and status quo of LISAM doctorate programs. From the objective-and process-based perspective,this paper performs a qualitative analysis on 14 plans from 8 universities that have been evaluated as B+ or above in the assessment of LISAM subject disciplines in China. It is found that the overall doctoral education in LISAM is systematic;the training system is relatively complete;and the process assessment is well valued.However, education regarding the sense of mission, innovative thinking and professionalism need to be strengthened.
