Recently,China Wool Textile Association and China Cotton Textile Assoclation successively issued guidelins on the Development of Wool Textile Industry and Cotton Textile Industry during the 14th Five-Year Plan,which provided important guidance for the development of wool textile and cotton industry.The General Office of the State Council recently issued the guideline on Cross-Cycle Adjustment to Furt her Sta bilize Foreign Trade.
