玻璃离子水门汀联合纳米树脂对牙颈部楔状缺损的修复效果 被引量:3

Repair Effect of Glass Ionomer Cement Combined with Nano-Resin on Wedge-Shaped Defect of Tooth Neck

摘要 目的探讨玻璃离子水门汀与纳米树脂联合对牙颈部楔状缺损(WSD)的修复效果。方法选取2019年1月至2021年3月武警河南总队医院收治的126例牙颈部WSD患者。按照随机数表法分为观察组(63例)和对照组(63例)。给予对照组玻璃离子水门汀修复,给予观察组纳米树脂与玻璃离子水门汀联合修复。比较两组疗效、敏感程度、牙周探诊深度、牙龈状态、牙周指数、并发症发生率以及龈沟液相关生化指标,包括碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、基质金属蛋白酶-8(MMP-8)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)。结果观察组显效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。修复后6、12个月,两组敏感程度、牙周探诊深度、牙龈状态分级、菌斑指数、龈沟出血指数、牙龈指数均较修复前降低,观察组敏感程度、牙周探诊深度、牙龈状态分级、菌斑指数、龈沟出血指数、牙龈指数均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组龈沟液ALP对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。修复后6、12个月,两组龈沟液MMP-8、IL-1β均降低,观察组龈沟液MMP-8、IL-1β水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论纳米树脂与玻璃离子水门汀联合修复牙颈部WSD的效果较好,可有效改善牙周状态,减少后期并发症,改善预后。 Objective To investigate the repair effect of glass ionomer cement combined with nano-resin on wedge-shaped defect(WSD)of tooth neck.Methods A total of 126 patients with WSD of dental neck who were admitted to Henan Corps Hospital of Armed Police from January 2019 to March 2021 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group(63 cases)and control group(63 cases).The control group was given glass ionomer cement for repair,and the observation group was given the combined repair of nano-resin and glass ionomer cement.The efficacy,sensitivity,depth of periodontal probing,gingival status,periodontal index,incidence of complications,and gingival crevicular fluid-related biochemical indicators,including alkaline phosphatase(ALP),matrix metalloproteinase-8(MMP-8),and interleukin-1β(IL-1β)were compared between the two groups.Results The markedly effective rate in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).At 6 and 12 months after restoration,the sensitivities,periodontal probing depths,gingival state classification,plaque indexes,gingival sulcus bleeding indexes,and gingival indexes in the two groups were all lower than those before restoration,and sensitivity,periodontal probing depth,gingival state classification,plaque index,sulcus bleeding index,gingival index in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the ALP of gingival crevicular fluid between the two groups(P>0.05).At 6 and 12 months after repair,MMP-8 and IL-1β in gingival crevicular fluid of both groups were decreased,and the levels of MMP-8 and IL-1β in gingival crevicular fluid of observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of nano-resin and glass ionomer cement has a good effect on the repair of WSD in the cervical region,which can effectively improve the periodontal status,reduce the late complications and improve the prognosis.
