问题导向式教学法联合翻转课堂对肿瘤科实习护生出科考试成绩的影响 被引量:1

Influence of Problem-Oriented Teaching Method Combined with Flipped Classroom on the Examination Results of Oncology Interns

摘要 目的探讨问题导向式教学法联合翻转课堂对肿瘤科实习护生出科考试成绩的影响。方法选取2020年8月至2021年10月于登封市人民医院肿瘤科112名实习护生。根据入科顺序分为常规组(56名)和研究组(56名)。对常规组采用传统教学模式,对研究组采用问题导向式教学法联合翻转课堂教学模式。比较两组出科考试成绩、教学满意度。于实习前后以中文版自我导向学习能力评定量表(SRSSDL-CV)评估护生的自我导向学习能力,包括学习意识、人际关系技能、学习行为、学习策略、学习评价5个维度。于实习前后以中文版评判性思维能力测量表(CTDI-CV)评估护生的思维能力。结果研究组理论成绩、操作成绩及总分均高于常规组(P<0.05)。实习后,两组学习意识、人际关系技能、学习行为、学习策略、学习评价评分均升高,研究组学习意识、人际关系技能、学习行为、学习策略、学习评价评分高于常规组(P<0.05)。实习后,两组CTDI-CV评分升高,研究组CTDI-CV评分较常规组高(P<0.05)。研究组教学满意度高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论问题导向式教学法联合翻转课堂可提高肿瘤科实习护生出科考试成绩,提升自我导向学习能力、评判性思维能力,还可改善教学满意度。 Objective To explore the effect of problem-oriented teaching method combined with flipped classroom on the examination results of trainee nursing students in the department of oncology.Methods A total of 112 intern nursing students in the department of oncology who came to Dengfeng People’s Hospital from August 2020 to October 2021 were selected.They were divided into routine group(56 cases)and study group(56 cases)according to the order of admission.The traditional teaching mode was adopted for routine group,and the problem-oriented teaching method combined with the flipped classroom teaching mode was adopted for study group.The test scores and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Before and after the internship,the self-directed learning ability of nursing students was assessed by Chinese version of self-rating scale of self-directed learning(SRSSDL-CV),including five dimensions of learning awareness,interpersonal skills,learning behavior,learning strategies,and learning evaluation.Before and after the internship,Chinese version of the critical thinking disposition inventory(CTDI-CV)was used to evaluate the thinking ability of nursing students.Results The theoretical score,operation score and total score of study group were higher than those of routine group(P<0.05).After the internship,the scores of learning awareness,interpersonal skills,learning behavior,learning strategies and learning evaluation in the two groups were all increased,and the scores of learning awareness,interpersonal skills,learning behavior,learning strategies and learning evaluation in study group were higher than those in routine group(P<0.05).After the practice,the CTDI-CV scores of the two groups increased,and the CTDI-CV score of study group was higher than that of routine group(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of study group was higher than that of routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion The problem-oriented teaching method combined with flipped classroom can improve the examination scores of oncology interns,improve self-directed learning ability,critical thinking ability,and also improve teaching satisfaction.
