老年综合评估及多学科团队服务在老年高血压治疗中的应用效果研究

The effect of geriatric comprehensive assessment and multidisciplinary te am service in the treatment of geriatric hypertension

目的:研究老年综合评估及多学科团队服务在老年高血压患者治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2017至2019年昆明市第二人民医院收治的105例老年高血压患者进行研究。随机将其分为观察组(n=54)和对照组(n=51)。两组患者入院后均接受常规降压治疗,在此基础上给予对照组患者老年综合评估,给予观察组患者老年综合评估及多学科团队服务。比较干预前后两组患者的收缩压及改良Barthel指数评定量表(MBI)的评分。结果:干预前,两组患者的收缩压、MBI评分相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,两组患者的收缩压均低于干预前,其MBI评分均高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组患者的收缩压低于对照组患者,其MBI评分高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对老年高血压患者进行常规药物治疗的同时,对其实施老年综合评估及多学科团队服务能进一步改善其血压,提高其日常生活能力。

Objective:To study the application effect of comprehensive geriatric assessment and multidisciplinary team service in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension.Methods:A total of 105 elderly patients with hypertension admitted to kunming Second People’s Hospital from 2017 to 2019 were selected for the study.They were randomly divided into observation group(n=54)and control group(n=51).After admission,patients in both groups received conventional antihypertensive therapy,and on this basis,patients in the control group were given comprehensive evaluation of the elderly,and patients in the observation group were given comprehensive evaluation of the elderly and multidisciplinary team services.Systolic blood pressure and modified Barthel Index Rating Scale(MBI)scores were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results:Before intervention,there was no statistical significance in systolic blood pressure and MBI score between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,systolic blood pressure in both groups was lower than before intervention,and MBI score was higher than before intervention,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After intervention,the systolic blood pressure of observation group was lower than that of control group,and the MBI score was higher than that of control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:In addition to routine drug therapy,comprehensive geriatric assessment and multidisciplinary team service can further improve the blood pressure and daily living ability of elderly patients with hypertension.
