摘要
目的:探讨对头颈部恶性肿瘤患者进行三维适形调强放射治疗对其症状评分和生活质量的影响。方法:选取2019年6月至2021年6月赣州市人民医院接诊的80例头颈部恶性肿瘤患者,根据入院的先后顺序将其分为观察组和对照组,每组40例患者。对观察组患者进行三维适形调强放射治疗,对对照组患者进行三维适形放射治疗,然后对比两组患者症状评分(疼痛、口干、吞咽困难、进食困难的评分)和生活质量评分(生理功能、情感职能、精神健康、社会功能的评分)的变化情况。结果:(1)治疗后3个月、治疗后6个月,观察组患者疼痛、口干、吞咽困难、进食困难的评分均明显低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)治疗后3个月、治疗后6个月,观察组患者生理功能、情感职能、精神健康、社会功能的评分均明显高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对头颈部恶性肿瘤患者进行三维适形调强放射治疗能够明显改善其症状评分,提高其生活质量。
Objective:To investigate the effect of three-dimensional conformal intensity modulated radiotherapy on symptom score and quality of life of patients with head and neck cancer.Met hods:A total of 80 patients with head and neck cancer admitt ed to Ganzhou People’s Hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the order of admission,with 40 patients in each group.Observation group of patients for three dimensional conformal intensity modulated radiation therapy,the control group patients with three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy,and then compared two groups of patients’symptom scores(pain,dry mouth,difficulty swallowing,score)of difficulty in feeding and quality of life scores(physiological function,emotional function,mental health,s ocial function score).Results:(1)At 3 m onths and 6 months after treatment,the scores of pain,dry mouth,dysphagia and eating difficulty in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).(2)At 3 months and 6 months after treatment,the scores of physiological function,emotional function,mental health and social function in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Three dimensional conformal intensity modulated radiotherapy can significantly improve the symptom score and quality of life of patients with head and neck cancer.
