摘要
目的:探讨血清血管紧张素转换酶(ACE)、血管紧张素转换酶2(ACE2)联合检测在肺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取2019年1月至12月聊城市第二人民医院收治的100例肺癌患者与50例良性肺结节患者作为研究对象。将其中100例肺癌患者设为试验组,将其中50例良性肺结节患者设为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法检测两组患者血清ACE、ACE2的水平,比较两组患者血清ACE、ACE2表达的差异,并应用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析血清ACE、ACE2联合检测诊断肺癌的效能。结果:试验组患者血清ACE的表达明显高于对照组患者,ACE2的表达明显低于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用血清ACE单独检测诊断试验组患者病情的敏感度为65.14%,特异度为62.35%;用血清ACE2单独检测诊断试验组患者病情的敏感度为69.47%,特异度为63.79%;用血清ACE、ACE2联合检测诊断试验组患者病情的敏感度为84.58%,特异度为82.17%。结论:肺癌患者血清ACE的表达明显增高,血清ACE2的表达明显降低。血清ACE、ACE2联合检测在肺癌的诊断中具有较高的应用价值。
Objective:To explore the value of combined detection of serum angiotensin converting enzyme(ACE)and angiotensin converting enzyme 2(ACE2)in the diagnosis of lung cancer.Methods:A total of 100 patients with lung cancer and 50 patients with benign pulmonary nodules admitted to Liaocheng Second People’s Hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the study subjects.100 patients with lung cancer were assigned to the experimental group,and 50 patients with benign pulmonary nodules were assigned to the control group.Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to detect the levels of serum ACE and ACE2 in the two groups,and the expressions of serum ACE and ACE2 were compared between the two groups.Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was used to analyze the efficacy of combined detection of serum ACE and ACE2 in the diagnosis of lung cancer.Res ults:The expression of SERUM ACE in experim ental group was significantly higher than that in control group,and the expression of ACE2 was significantly lower than that in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of serum ACE were 65.14%and 62.35%respectively.The sensitivity and specificity of serum ACE2 were 69.47%and 63.79%respectively.The sensitivity and specificity of the combined detection of serum ACE and ACE2 were 84.58%and 82.17%respectively.Conclusion:The expression of ACE and ACE2 in patients with lung cancer was significantly increased.The combined detection of serum ACE and ACE2 has high application value in the diagnosis of lung cancer。
