用自拟疏心通汤剂联合益平对行PCI的2型糖尿病ACS患者进行治疗的效果

Effect of shuxintong Decoction combined with Yiping in the treatment of T YPE 2 diabetic ACS patients undergoing PCI

目的:观察用自拟疏心通汤剂联合益平对行PCI的2型糖尿病急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)患者进行治疗的效果。方法:选择在青岛市第八人民医院接受PCI的2型糖尿病ACS患者60例,随机将其分为对照组(30例)和观察组(30例)。对对照组患者进行常规治疗。在此基础上为观察组患者采用自拟疏心通汤剂联合益平进行治疗。然后对比两组患者的临床疗效、TIMI血流分级、各项实验室检查指标和MACE的发生情况。结果:(1)观察组患者治疗的总有效率高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)治疗后,观察组患者中TIMI血流分级为Ⅲ级患者的占比高于对照组患者,其中TIMI血流分级为Ⅲ级以下患者的占比低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)治疗后,观察组患者的各项实验室检查指标均优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(4)治疗后,观察组患者MACE的发生率低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:用自拟疏心通汤剂联合益平对行PCI的2型糖尿病ACS患者进行治疗可取得较好的效果。

Objective:To observe the efficacy of shuxintong Decoction combined with Yiping in the treatment of type 2 diabetic patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS)undergoing PCI.Methods:A total of 60 ACS patients with type 2 diabetes who received PCI in Qingdao Eighth People’s Hospital were randomly divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases).The control group received routine treatment.On this basis,the observation group was treated with shuxintong decoction combined with Yiping.Then,the clinical efficacy,TIMI blood flow grading,various laboratory indicators and the occurrence of MACE were compared between the two groups.Results:(1)The total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,the proportion of patients with TIMI blood flow gradeⅲin the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the proportion of patients with TIMI blood flow grade belowⅲwas lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)After treatment,all laboratory examination indexes of patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).(4)After treatment,the incidence of MACE in observation group was lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shuxintong decoction combined with Yiping can achieve better results in the treatment of TYPE 2 diabetic ACS patients undergoing PCI.
