“精血同源”理论在肾性贫血治疗中的运用

Application of“essence blood homology”theory in the treatment of renal anemia

肾性贫血是慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)患者常见的并发症之一。中医在治疗肾性贫血方面有着独到的见解。中医学认为,肾主藏精,肝主藏血,精血均由水谷精微化生和充养;血之生化有赖于肾中精气的气化,肾中精气的充盈亦离不开血液的滋养。精血同源,互生互化,精髓充则血充,反之,精髓亏损则新血不足,而见血虚证候。可见,肾性贫血的发生与精血化生不足息息相关。现从“精血同源”理论的角度阐析肾性贫血的治疗,为本病的临床诊疗拓展思路。

Renal anemia is one of the common complications of chronic renal failure(CRF).Traditional Chinese medicine has unique insights in the treatment of renal anemia.In Traditional Chinese medicine,the kidney stores essence,the liver stores blood,and the essence is generated and nourished by water and grain.The biochemistry of blood depends on the gasification of essence gas in kidney,the filling of essence gas in kidney also cannot leave blood nourish.The essence of blood is of the same origin,and the essence is full of blood;on the contrary,the essence is deficient in blood,and the syndrome of blood deficiency is seen.Visible,the happening of kidney sex anaemia is insufficiently closely bound up with essence blood.This paper analyzes the treatment of renal anemia from the Angle of“blood homology”theory,to expand the ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
