摘要 介绍气雾冷却技术在H型钢工艺线上的应用情况;详细说明轧制区、轧后区和冷床区气雾冷却系统的功能、设备组成、布置方式及使用效果;指出气雾冷却系统对H型钢轧制过程的必要性。 This paper introduces the application of the air mist cooling technology in the H-beam processing line;and introduces the function,equipment composition,layout and effect of air mist cooling system in the rolling area,post rolling area and cooling bed area in detail;and points out the necessity of the air mist cooling system for the H-beam rooling process.
