靛蓝染料分子分布对还原电位的影响

摘要 随着社会的发展,人们对牛仔布的需求不断提高。牛仔布主要由靛蓝染料进行染色,由于靛蓝染料不溶于水,因此需要还原成隐色体溶解在水中,从而进行高质量的染色。本文通过对比靛蓝染料在不同浓度的复合还原剂和NaOH溶液中的电位变化,深入研究了染料分子分布对还原电位的影响,为进一步提高染色效果提供了依据。 People's demand for denim is increasing with the development of society.Indigo dye is a widely used dye to make Denim.However,indigo dye is hardly dissolved in water,in order to get high quality,it should be treated by reduction.In this study,the effect of dye molecular distribution on the reduction potential was studied by comparing the potential of indigo dye at different concentrations of reductant composite and NaOH solution.It is beneficial for further improving the dyeing effect.
