摘要
研究乳化剂中K-HTFA(脂肪酸)与K-Rosin(歧化松香)不同用量比例对SBR1502定伸应力影响。生产SBR1500E使用的乳化剂中HTFA与Rosin质量约1∶4.5,生产SBR1502使用的乳化剂中脂肪酸用量高于歧化松香用量,可以看出脂肪酸的增加有利于定伸应力的提高。
The effects of k-HTFA(fatty acid)and K-rosin(disproportionated rosin)on the fixed-elongation stress of SBR1502 were investigated.HTFA:rosin in the emulsifier used for SBR1500E production is about 1∶4.5,and the amount of fatty acid in the emulsifier used for SBR1502 production is higher than that of disproportionated rosin.It can be seen that the increase of fatty acid is conducive to the improvement of fixed elongation stress.
