基于氧化铜修饰电极的葡萄糖电化学检测

摘要 采用水热法得到氧化铜(CuO)粉末,并采用滴涂法将氧化铜修饰于玻碳电极表面得到了Nafion/CuO/GC电极。通过电化学表征,可知Nafion/CuO/GC电极对葡萄糖具有比较好的催化活性。在最佳实验条件下,该修饰电极具有比较好的葡萄糖检测性能,线性范围为2.5~13.5 mmol/L,灵敏度为31.49μA·(mmol·L^(-1))^(-1)·cm^(-2),检测限为5μmol/L(S/N=3)。 In this paper,copper oxide powder was obtained by hydrothermal method,and Nafion/CuO/GC was prepared by coating copper oxide on the surface of glassy carbon electrode.The results showed that Nafion/CuO/GC electrode had good catalytic activity for glucose.Under the best experimental conditions,The modified electrode has better glucose detection performance,the linear range is 2.5~13.5 mmol/L,the sensitivity is 31.49μA·(mmol·L^(-1))^(-1)·cm^(-2),the detection limit is 5μmol/L.
