汽轮机油添加抗氧化剂活化及其效果评价研究

摘要 华东地区某电厂2×300 MW循环流化床机组汽轮机油旋转氧弹值超标。通过小试试验发现#1机和#2机汽轮机油T501抗氧化剂的添加量为汽轮机油质量分数的0.15%。添加完T501抗氧化剂的汽轮机油经汽轮机油系统正常运行72 h后采样分析,并对其活化效果进行评价,发现添加T501抗氧化剂后氧化安定性满足运行中矿物涡轮机油要求。 The value of the oxygen bomb of the turbine oil of a 2×300 MW circulating fluidized bed unit in a power plant in East China exceeds the standard.Through a small test,it was found that the amount of T501 antioxidant added in the turbine oil of the #1 and #2 units was 0.15% of the mass fraction of the turbine oil.The turbine oil added with T501 antioxidant was sampled and analyzed after 72 h of normal operation of the turbine oil system,and its activation effect was evaluated.It was found that the oxidation stability after adding T501 antioxidant meet the requirements of the in-service quality criteria of mineral turbine oils used in power plants.
