摘要
主要研究嗪草酮含盐有机废水处理工艺及盐资源化。通过比选不同种类吸附剂,选取最佳吸附树脂。并在树脂吸附的基础上,通过投加一定比例的双氧水,并在一定温度条件下对废水中的有机物进行深度处理,氧化后出水COD降至2000 mg/L,COD去除率可达90%。原水蒸发析盐为黄色,而树脂吸附结合双氧水氧化出水蒸发回收的氯化钠盐为白色,蒸发冷凝水的COD低于300 mg/L,可以实现回用。树脂吸附饱和后采用2BV 90%甲醇溶液再生,连续吸-脱-吸15批次,吸附出水COD及色度稳定,树脂再生后可以实现吸附性能的完全恢复。树脂吸附结合双氧水氧化处理嗪草酮含盐有机废水,不但可以实现废水的有效处理,而且可以实现盐资源化,达到环境和经济效益的双赢。
In this paper,the treatment process of high salt organic wastewater on metribuzin pesticide production and salt recovery were studied.By optimizing the adsorption conditions,the best resin adsorption process was selected.Through further study found that,on the basis of the resin adsorption,through adding the quantitative hydrogen peroxide,under a certain temperature conditions on the depth of the organic matter in waste water treatment,being added drugs do not affect the purity of salt,to make the final effluent COD stabilized at about 2000 mg/L,the COD removal rate can reach 90%,salt water evaporation recovery quality is good.The COD of distilled condensate is less than 300 mg/L,which can be reused or meet the take-over standard of the sewage treatment plant in the park.After resin adsorption saturation,the adsorption capacity can be restored by using 2BV 90% methanol solution regeneration.After continuous operation for 15 batches,the effluent COD and chroma are stable.Resin adsorption combined with hydrogen peroxide oxidation to treat organic wastewater containing metribuzin salt can not only realize effective treatment of wastewater,but also realize salt resource,and achieve win-win environmental and economic benefits.
