废液浓缩装置蒸汽节能改造措施及方法

摘要 针对河北某化工公司废液浓缩装置运行中消耗低压蒸汽,同时又有大量工业闪蒸汽外排的需求,对原废液浓缩装置进行改造,增设了闪蒸汽控制系统及管道,对蒸汽换热系统的改造,实现了低压蒸汽、闪蒸汽,同时进入废液浓缩装置蒸发器,成功地降低了低压蒸汽的耗量,降低了企业的运行费用。 Regarding to the consumption of low pressure steam during the operation of the waste liquid concentration device of one chemical company in Hebei,and the need for large amount of industrial flash steam to be discharged,the original waste liquid concentration device was modified,it add a flash steam control system and pipeline,modificate the steam heat exchange system,realized low-pressure steam and flash steam enter the evaporator of the waste liquid concentration device at the same time,this reduced the consumption of low-pressure steam successfully,and then reduced the operating costs of enterprise.
