粪大肠菌群酶底物法在环境监测中的应用性研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用酶底物法测定低、中、高浓度水样的粪大肠菌群,结果表明,不同环境下的粪大肠菌群检测值的精密度均在标准范围内。用酶底物法和多管发酵法分别测定标准菌株、实际水样的粪大肠菌群,结果显示两种方法检测结果均符合质控要求,但酶底物法准确性更好;对上述两种方法测定实际水样的粪大肠菌群的数据进行t检验,结果表明两种方法无明显差异。通过对比分析粪大肠菌群检测方法,酶底物法在未来环境监测中具有广泛的应用前景。 The fecal coliforms in low,medium and high concentration water samples were determined by enzyme substrate method.The results show that the precision of fecal coliform in different environments is within the standard range.The fecal coliforms of standard strains and actual water samples were determined by enzyme substrate method and multi tube fermentation method The results showed that the detection results of the two methods met the quality control requirements,but the accuracy of the enzyme substrate method was better.The data of fecal coliform in actual water samples determined by the two methods were tested by t-test.The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two methods.By comparing and analyzing the detection methods of fecal coliform,the enzyme substrate method has a wide application prospect in environmental monitoring.
