摘要
乡村振兴需要优质的乡村教育,乡村教育必须与乡村文化相结合才能焕发持续的生命力。而乡村教师能否有效回应乡村文化是乡村教育高质量发展的关键因素。当前,乡村教师面临着离乡意愿强烈、缺乏乡村文化认同以及在教学中无法有效回应乡村文化等诸多现实困境,这将直接影响乡村教育质量提升、影响乡村振兴战略的实现。基于此,乡村教师需要开展文化回应性教学,以提高乡村教育质量,为乡村振兴服务。首先,需培养乡村教师对乡村文化的认同,强化留乡从教的内驱动力;其次,树立文化回应意识,构建文化回应教学能力;最后,多方联动、协调推进,强化文化回应性教学实践。
Rural Revitalization requires high-quality rural education.Rural education must be integrated with rural culture to radiate sustained vitality.Whether rural teachers can effectively respond to rural culture is the key to high-quality development of rural education.At present,rural teachers are faced with many practical difficulties,such as the strong desire to leave the villages where their live,the lack of rural cultural identity and the inability to respond effectively to rural culture in teaching.These difficulties will directly affect the promotion of rural quality and the realization of rural revitalization strategy.Therefore,rural teachers need to carry out culture-responsive teaching to improve the quality of rural education and serve the revitalization of rural areas.Firstly,to cultivate rural teachers'identification with rural culture and strengthen the internal driving force of teaching in rural areas.Secondly,to build up the consciousness of cultural response and construct the ability of cultural response teaching.Finally,to coordinate and promote the cultural response teaching,strengthen the practice of culture-responsive teaching.
