摘要 目的探讨维生素D(VitD)对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)大鼠卵泡发育、性激素变化和胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法40只雌性大鼠随机分为对照组、PCOS组、VitD组和VitD+PCOS组。干预后处死大鼠,取卵巢组织进行组织形态学检测;比较各组血清性激素和胰岛素抵抗水平。结果与对照组比较,PCOS组不同发育阶段正常卵泡数量和活力减少,而闭锁卵泡数量增多;黄体生成素、睾酮、胰岛素、血糖、胰岛素抵抗均升高,卵泡刺激素、雌二醇和孕酮均降低(P<0.05);与PCOS组比较,VitD+PCOS组上述变化趋势均明显改善(P<0.05)。结论VitD可能通过调节性激素及胰岛素敏感性,促进PCOS大鼠卵泡正常发育。 Aim To examine the effects of vitamin D on ovarian follicular development,sex hormone changes,and insulin resistance in rats with induced polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods Forty female rats were randomly divided into four groups:control group,PCOS group,vitamin D group,and vitamin D+PCOS groups.All rats were then sacrificed under anesthesia and ovarian tissue samples were evaluated histomorphometrically.The levels of serum sex hormone and insulin resistance were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the number and viability of normal follicles in PCOS group decreased at different developmental stages,while the number of atretic follicles increased;Compared with the control group,luteinizing hormone,testosterone,insulin,glucose and insulin resistance increased,while follicle stimulating hormone,estradiol and progesterone decreased in PCOS group(P<0.05);Compared with PCOS group,the above change trend in VitD+PCOS group was significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion Vitamin D may promote normal follicular development in PCOS rats by regulating sex hormones and insulin sensitivity.
