丙戊酸钠联合心理治疗躁狂症的疗效分析

Efficacy analysis of sodium valproate combined with psychotherapy on mania

目的探讨躁狂症患者实施丙戊酸钠联合心理治疗的疗效。方法选择92例躁狂症患者随机均分为对照组(丙戊酸钠治疗)和观察组(丙戊酸钠联合心理治疗)。比较两组疗效,以及阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)、倍克-拉范森躁狂量表(BRMS)、社会功能缺陷筛查量表(SDSS)、简明健康状况调查量表(SF-36)、治疗不良反应量表(TESS)等评分。结果观察组临床疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后BRMS评分、PANSS评分、社会功能各维度评分、TESS评分均较对照组降低(P<0.05);观察组治疗后SF-36各维度评分均对照组升高(P<0.05)。结论躁狂症患者实施丙戊酸钠联合心理治疗,可有效提高治疗效果,值得临床推广。

Aim To explore the efficacy of sodium valproate combined with psychotherapy in patients with mania.Methods 92 patients with mania were randomly divided into control group(sodium valproate treatment)and observation group(sodium valproate combined with psychotherapy).The curative effects of the two groups were compared,as well as the scores of positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS),Beck lavanson mania scale(BRMS),social dysfunction screening scale(SDSS),concise health survey scale(SF-36)and treatment side effects scale(TESS).Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,BRMS score,PANSS score,social function score and Tess score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the scores of SF-36 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sodium valproate combined with psychotherapy in manic patients can effectively improve the treatment effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
