原发性舍格伦综合征30例IL-27表达水平及其与羟氯喹干预效果的关系

The Level of IL-27 in Patients with Primary Sjogren's Syndrome and Its Correlation with the Intervention Effect of Hydroxychloroquine

目的:研究原发性舍格伦综合征患者外周血中白细胞介素-27(IL-27)的水平并了解羟氯喹的干预效果。方法:用酶联免疫吸附试验检测30例原发性舍格伦综合征患者(PSS组)经羟氯喹治疗前后及30例健康对照者(对照组)外周血中IL-27的水平,同时分析原发性舍格伦综合征患者外周血中IL-27水平与炎症因子的相关性。结果:与对照组相比,PSS组外周血中IL-27的水平明显降低(P<0.05),且分别与ESR、CRP和IgG呈负相关(P<0.05),而与IgA、IgM和IgE无相关性。原发性舍格伦患者经羟氯喹治疗后外周血中IL-27水平与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:IL-27在原发性舍格伦综合征患者外周血中的水平明显降低;羟氯喹的干预可以有效上调IL-27水平,其可能通过调节IL-27水平达到治疗作用。

Objective:To study the level of IL-27 in the peripheral blood of patients with primary Sjogren's syndrome and understand the intervention effect of hydroxychloroquine.Methods:Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect the levels of IL-27 in the peripheral blood of 30 patients with primary Sjogren's syndrome before and after treatment with hydroxychloroquine and 30 healthy controls.At the same time,the correlation between IL-27 level in peripheral blood and inflammatory factors in patients with primary Sjogren's syndrome was analyzed.Results:When compared with the control group,the levels of IL-27 in the peripheral blood of patients with primary Sjogren's syndrome were significantly lower(P<0.05),and were negatively correlated with ESR,CRP and IgG respectively(P<0.05),while no correlation was observed between IgA,IgM and IgE.The level of IL-27 in the peripheral blood of patients with primary Sjogren's syndrome after treatment with hydroxychloroquine was significantly different from that before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The level of IL-27 in the peripheral blood of patients with primary Sjogren's syndrome is significantly reduced.The intervention of hydroxychloroquine can effectively increase the level of IL-27,which may achieve a therapeutic effect by adjusting the level of IL-27.
