琥珀酸美托洛尔联合硝苯地平控释片治疗高血压51例

Effect of Metoprolol Succinate Combined with Nifedipine Controlled-release Tablets in the Treatment of 51 Cases of Hypertension

目的:分析琥珀酸美托洛尔联合硝苯地平控释片治疗高血压的效果及对患者血压变异性的影响。方法:选择新余市人民医院2020年2月至2021年3月收治的102例高血压患者,根据随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组各51例。对照组采用硝苯地平控释片治疗,观察组在此基础上采用琥珀酸美托洛尔治疗。比较两组临床疗效、血压变异[白天舒张压变异(dDS)、夜间舒张压变异(nDS)、白天收缩压变异(dSS)、夜间收缩压变异(nSS)]、不良反应发生率。结果:治疗2个月后,观察组临床总有效率较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组dDS、nDS、dSS、nSS水平均降低,且观察组上述指标改善更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率较对照组略低,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:琥珀酸美托洛尔与硝苯地平控释片联合治疗高血压可提高其临床疗效,改善血压变异,且安全性较高。

Objective:To study the effect of metoprolol succinate combined with nifedipine controlled-release tablets in the treatment of hypertension and its effect on blood pressure variability in patients.Methods:102 patients with hypertension admitted to Xinyu People's Hospital from February 2020 to March 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 51 patients in each group.The control group was treated with nifedipine controlled-release tablets,on the basis of which,the observation group was treated with metoprolol succinate.Clinical efficacy,blood pressure variation[daytime diastolic blood pressure variation(dDS),nocturnal diastolic blood pressure variation(nDS),daytime systolic blood pressure variation(dSS),nocturnal systolic blood pressure variation(nSS)]and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After 2 months of treatment,the total clinical effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of dDS,nDS,dSS and nSS in both groups were decreased,and the above indicators were improved more significantly in the observation group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was slightly lower than that in control group,but there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of metoprolol succinate and nifedipine controlled release tablets in the treatment of hypertension can improve the clinical efficacy,improve blood pressure variation,and has a high safety.
