自拟经验方外敷联合阿昔洛韦口服治疗带状疱疹36例疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Self-designed Empirical Formula Combined with Acyclovir in the Treatment of 36 Cases of Herpes Zoster

目的:探讨在带状疱疹(HZ)患者中应用自拟经验方联合阿昔洛韦治疗的临床疗效。方法:选取宜春市中医院2019年1月至2021年7月收治的73例HZ患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(37例)和观察组(36例)。对照组口服阿昔洛韦片治疗,观察组加用自拟经验方外敷治疗,均连续治疗2周。对两组临床疗效、症状改善情况、疼痛程度、中医证候及不良反应进行比较。结果:观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,止疱、疼痛消失及结痂时间短于对照组,视觉模拟评分(VAS)和中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在HZ患者中应用自拟经验方外敷联合阿昔洛韦治疗效果较佳,利于缓解症状及病痛,缩短患者病程,安全可靠。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of self-designed empirical formula combined with acyclovir in patients with herpes zoster(HZ)patients.Methods:73 HZ patients admitted to Yichun Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2019 to July 2021 were selected and divided into control group(37 cases)and observation group(36 cases)by random number table method.The control group was treated with oral acyclovir,and the observation group was treated with self-designed empirical formula for 2 consecutive weeks.The clinical efficacy,symptom improvement,pain degree,TCM syndromes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total clinical effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,the time of stopping blister,pain disappearance and scab was shorter than that of control group,visual analog scale(VAS)score and TCM syndrome score were lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The self-designed empirical formula combined with acyclovir has a better therapeutic effect in HZ patients,which is safe and reliable in relieving symptoms and pain,shortening the course of disease.
