“十四五”时期我国健身休闲产业高质量发展机遇、挑战及推进策略

Opportunities,Challenges and Countermeasures for the High-Quality Development of Fitness and Leisure Industry in China During the 14th Five-Year Plan Period

运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等,总结“十三五”时期我国健身休闲产业发展成效与困境,分析“十四五”时期发展机遇与挑战,并提出推进策略。“十三五”时期,健身休闲产业规模进一步提升、基础设施数量逐年增长、相关项目发展迅猛、政策体系逐步完善,但也存在产业规模偏小、发展不平衡不充分、行业标准不完善、专业人才缺乏等困境。“十四五”时期,要把握政策、参与人群、发展动力等方面的发展机遇,破解不稳定因素增加、消费水平有待提高、健身休闲时间受限等挑战,从夯实产业发展基础、加快产业融合、提高数字化水平、培养健身休闲专业人才、关注生活性服务等方面入手,促进健身休闲产业高质量发展。

By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper summarized the achievements and difficulties of the development of China’s fitness and leisure industry during the 13th Five-Year plan period,analyzed the development opportunities and challenges in the 14th FiveYear Plan period,and put forward the promotion strategies.During the 13th Five-Year plan period,the scale of the fi tness and leisure industry have been further improved,the number of infrastructure has increased year by year,the relevant projects have developed rapidly,and the policy system has been gradually improved.However,there are also dilemmas such as small industrial scale,unbalanced and insufficient development,imperfect industry standards and lack of professional talents.During the 14th Five-Year plan period,it is necessary to grasp the development opportunities in terms of policies,participants and development momentum,and overcome the challenges of increasing unstable factors,unimproved consumption levels and limited leisure time for fitness.We should consolidate the foundation of industrial development,speed up industrial integration,improve digital level,cultivate fitness and leisure professionals,pay attention to life services to promote the high-quality development of fitness and leisure industry.
