运用文献资料、逻辑分析、专家访谈等方法,以“双减”政策颁布为时代背景,探究青少年体育教育培训业高质量发展的现实困境与推进策略。青少年体育教育培训业具有实现跨越式增长、政策扶持日趋完善、项目逐渐多元化的发展现状,现实困境:基础研发机制薄弱,创新成果转化机制滞后;单品纵深有效性欠缺,精细化程度需提升;体培行业内部结构单一,协同治理效率有待提高;行业准入标准宽松,教练员资历认证门槛低。推进策略:夯实基础建设,优化科研成果转化体系;强化核心产品,深耕精细化发展能力;提升共同治理能级,培育多元合作意识;建立人才培养机制,规范教练员职业认证。

By using the methods of literature review,logical analysis and expert interview,this paper explored the realistic dilemma and promotion strategy of the high-quality development of youth sports training industry under the historical background of the double reduction policy.The development status is that it has achieved a leapfrog growth,policy support is increasingly perfect,and training programs are gradually diversified.Realistic dilemma:The basic research and development mechanism is weak and the mechanism for the transformation of innovation achievements lags behind,individual product depth effectiveness is insufficient and the degree of refinement is restricted,the internal structure of sports training industry is single and the efficiency of collaborative governance needs to be improved,and the standard of industry access is not strict and the threshold of qualification certification for coaches is low.Promotion strategy:We should consolidate the infrastructure construction and optimize the system for transforming scientific research achievements,strengthen the core products and deepen the capacity of product refinement,enhance the level of common governance and foster the awareness of diversified cooperation,and establish a talent training mechanism and standardize the professional certification of coaches.
