Culture Construction of Canadian Ice Hockey and Inspiration

运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等,分析加拿大冰球文化建设及对我国的启示。加拿大冰球文化建设的特点为:物质文化层面表现为数量充足、均衡分布的冰球场馆,传播广泛、形式多元的文化衍生品;制度文化层面表现为时空连贯、纵横结合的竞赛体制,科学系统、注重公益的青训体系;精神文化层面表现为凝聚团队精神,涵养阳刚之气。对我国冰球文化建设的启示:物质文化上以扩大投资为核心、夯实冰球场馆基础建设,以科技冬奥为契机、开发冰球文化衍生无形产品;制度文化上以改革为动力、完善冰球赛事体制,以创新求发展、构建多元化人才培养体系;精神文化上以教练员与运动员为核心、重视团队精神培养,以“家校社”为依托、重塑青少年阳刚之气。

By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper analyzed the culture construction of Canadian ice hockey and its enlightenment to China.The research shows that in the culture construction of Canadian ice hockey,from the material level,there are sufficient number of evenly distributed ice hockey venues and widely spread and diversified cultural derivatives.At the institutional level,it has a competition system that vertically and horizontally goes beyond time and space,and a youth training system that is scientific and focused on public welfare.In the spiritual level,it has cohesion team spirit and self-restraint masculinity.Enlightenment to the culture construction of ice hockey in China:We should lay a material culture foundation by taking the expansion of investment as the core to consolidate the infrastructure construction of ice hockey venues,and the scientific winter Olympics as an opportunity to develop derivatives of ice hockey culture.We should construct the institutional culture by taking reform as the motive force to perfect the hockey competition system,and the innovation as development foundation to construct a diversified talent training system.We should also construct spiritual culture by highlighting coaches and athletes as the core to pay attention to the cultivation of team spirit,and the home-school-society as support to reshape the youth masculinity.
