Post-Game Utilization of Beijing Winter Olympics Venues

运用文献资料、逻辑分析及系统分析等方法,探究北京冬奥会场馆赛后利用的意义,分析面临的问题,并提出利用路径。北京冬奥会场馆赛后利用具有实现北京冬奥会遗产惠及人民、打造体育旅游高质量发展样板、为竞技水平提升提供场地保障、构建展现国家形象重要窗口的意义。当前面临的问题:赛后治理主体诉求难以平衡、场馆资源集聚协调不足、场馆赛后利用专业人才匮乏、场馆赛后利用成本高昂。据此,提出冬奥会场馆赛后利用路径:优化多元主体治理结构,组建场馆专业运营团队;依托区域协同发展战略,促进三大赛区场馆共生发展;紧跟场馆赛后利用方向,健全场馆利用人才培养机制;深度发掘场馆多元业态,实现场馆赛后高效盈收。

By using the methods of literature review,logical analysis and system analysis,this paper explored the significance of the post-game utilization of the Beijing Winter Olympics venues,analyzed the problems faced,and proposed the utilization paths.The post-game utilization of the Beijing Winter Olympics venues has the significance of realizing the benefits of the Beijing Winter Olympics legacy to the people,creating a high-quality development model of sports tourism,providing venue guarantee for the improvement of competitive level,and building an important window for promoting the national image.The current problems include the difficult balance of the main body’s demand for post-game governance,the insufficient agglomeration and coordination of venue resources,the lack of professionals in post-game utilization of venues,and the high cost of post-game utilization of venues.Accordingly,this paper proposed the post-game utilization path of Winter Olympics venues:We should optimize the multi-subject governance structure and set up a professional operation team for the Winter Olympics venues,rely on the regional collaborative development strategy to promote the symbiotic development of venues in the three competition areas,adhere to the direction of post-game utilization of venues to improve the mechanism of personnel training for venue utilization,and deeply explore the diversified formats of venues to achieve efficient post-winter Olympics revenue.
