Er:YAG激光与传统涡轮手机去龋治疗成人恒牙龋病的疼痛评分及预后对比研究

摘要 目的:探讨Er:YAG激光与传统涡轮手机治疗恒牙龋病的临床疗效。方法:选取我院收治的300例18~25岁恒牙龋病患者作为研究对象,纳入时间为2019年8月-2020年1月间,依照入院顺序将患者随机分入到激光组(Er:YAG激光去龋治疗)和传统组(传统涡轮手机去龋治疗),各150例,对比两组患者无麻醉状态下备洞时的VAS疼痛评分及患者1年后龋洞充填情况。结果:观察组患者备洞时VAS评分低于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);1个月后复诊,两组患者牙髓活力正常率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);1年后复诊,两组患者牙髓活力正常率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者充填体完整、边缘密合、边缘着色、继发龋、脱落对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:Er:YAG激光在治疗成人恒牙龋病中患者疼痛感较低,术后牙髓活力恢复较好,与传统涡轮手机治疗对比近远期治疗疗效无显著差异,具有较理想的应用前景。 Objective:Compare the clinical efficacy of Er:YAG laser and conventional hi-speed turbine handpiece in the treatment of permanent dental caries.Method:From August 2019 to January 2020,300 patients with permanent dental caries in our hospital aged 18~25 years were selected as the research object,the patients were randomly divided into laser group and traditional group according to the order of admission,each group with150 cases.The observation group was treated with Er:YAG laser for caries removal and the control group was treated with hi-speed turbine handpiece.VAS pain score during hole preparation without anesthesia and caries filling condition after 1 year were observed and compared between two groups.Results:The VAS score of patients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the normal rate of pulp vitality between two groups neither after one month(P>0.05)of further consultation nor after one year(P>0.05).The filling integrity,edge tightness,edge coloring,secondary caries and abscission between two groups has no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Er:YAG laser has lower pain score and great recovery of pulp vitality in the treatment of permanent dental caries,which has an ideal application prospect.There was no significant difference about the efficiency of Er:YAG laser dental therapeutic apparatus compared with conventional hi-speed turbine handpiece.
