周记录单在老年糖尿病周围神经病变运动干预中的应用效果观察

Application of Weekly Record Ssheet in Exercise Intervention of Elderly Patients with Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的:观察周记录单在老年糖尿病周围神经病变运动干预中的管理效果。方法:纳入我院2020年1月至2020年12月诊治的老年糖尿病周围神经病变患者共134例为研究对象,采取随机数字表分组法分为观察组与对照组各67例。对照组给予常规运动干预,观察组在常规运动干预基础上设计并应用周记录单,对比不同管理模式对患者运动依从性及运动效果的影响。结果:观察组依从率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);干预前观察组患者运动及感觉神经传导速度无明显差异(P>0.05),干预后观察组运动及感觉神经传导速度均快于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后睁眼与闭眼时的重心摆动轨迹长度与围成面积均小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:周记录单在老年糖尿病周围神经病变患者中的应用可显著提高运动干预依从性,改善血糖水平、神经传导速度及平衡能力。

Objective:To observe the management effect of weekly record sheet in exercise intervention of elderly patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:134 elderly patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 67 cases in each group.The control group was given routine exercise intervention,and the observation group was designed and applied weekly record sheet on the basis of routine exercise intervention.The effects of different management modes on patients’exercise compliance and exercise effect were compared.Results:The compliance rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);Before intervention,there was no significant difference in motor and sensory nerve conduction velocity in the observation group(P>0.05).After intervention,motor and sensory nerve conduction velocity in the observation group were faster than those in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the swing track length and surrounding area of the center of gravity of the two groups were smaller than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of weekly record sheet in elderly patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy can significantly improve the compliance of exercise intervention,blood glucose level,nerve conduction velocity and balance ability.
