摘要
目的:研究网络教学中教学改革在留学生《实验诊断学》教学中的应用。方法:分别以2017级和2018级秋季入学的临床医学专业留学生本科生为对照组和观察组,两组均采用全程网络授课方式,选取12个课时、4个专题内容作为教改课程,给予对照组传统的讲授式教学法,给予观察组教学改革,即问题教学法、案例教学法的教学模式。结果:在教改内容的期末笔试成绩、教学效果评价和学习自我效能方面,观察组比对照组明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:线上教学改革能够显著改善留学生实验诊断学的网络教学效果,提高留学生学习的自我效能感。
Objective:To study the application of teaching reform method in“Experimental Diagnosis”for foreign students on network teaching.Methods:The undergraduates of the Department of Clinical Medicine who were admitted in the fall of 2017 and 2018 were the control group and the observation group,respectively.Both groups were taught online through the whole course.12 class hours,4 topics were selected as the teaching reform courses.The traditional teaching method was given to the control group,and the teaching reform method to the observation group,that is,problem-based learning(PBL)and case-based learning(CBL).Results:In terms of the final pen examination scores,teaching effect evaluation questionnaire and self-learning efficacy questionnaire,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The teaching reform can significantly improve the effect of online teaching of experimental diagnostics for foreign students,and enhance the self-learning efficacy of foreign students in learning.
