摘要
水煤浆提浓技术可促进水煤浆气化效率和有效气体产量的提高。介绍了立式细磨机工艺、卧式细磨机工艺和粒控级配制浆工艺三种水煤浆分级研磨提浓技术的工艺流程和技术特点,简述了三种技术的优缺点,认为粒控级配制浆工艺可实现水煤浆粒度的高效紧密堆积,具有较好的发展前景。
The concentration technology of coal water slurry(CWS) can improve the gasification efficiency and effective gas output of CWS. The process flow and technical characteristics of three coal water slurry grading grinding and concentration technologies were introduced, including vertical fine mill process, horizontal fine mill process and grain control grading slurry preparation process. And the advantages and disadvantages of the three technologies were briefly described. Finally, it was considered that the grain control grading slurry preparation process could achieve efficient and tight stacking of coal water slurry particle size, and had a good development prospect.
