摘要
山东恒通化工股份有限公司MTO装置生产过程中排出的工艺废水、汽提废水中主要含有甲醇、二甲醚、醛酮类等有机物,同时含有反应过程中副产的重质烃类物质,为使这两股废水达到回用标准,采用“厌氧+好氧”的混合生化处理技术进行处理,处理后污水能够达到中水回用装置进水指标要求,再通过“砂滤+超滤+反渗透”的中水回用装置进行深度处理,处理后的绝大多数污水可以作为循环水系统补水,少量浓盐水经生化处理后可达标排放。
The process wastewater and stripping wastewater discharged during the production of MTO plant of Shandong Hengtong Chemical Co., Ltd. mainly contained such organic substances as methanol, dimethyl ether, aldehydes and ketones as well as heavy hydrocarbons by-produced in the reaction process. In order to make these two streams of wastewater meet the reuse standard, the mixed biochemical treatment technology of “anaerobic + aerobic” was adopted for treatment. The treated wastewater could meet the inlet parameter requirements of the reclaimed water reuse unit. After advanced treatment in the reclaimed water reuse unit via “sand filtering + ultrafiltration + reverse osmosis”, most of the wastewater could be used as makeup water for the circulating water system, and a small amount of concentrated brine could be discharged when up to the standard after biochemical treatment.
